Our Hazel-Team

Paige M. Hazeltine, Esq.

Attorney Paige M. Hazeltine (formerly Girdwood) was born and raised in a small town right outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan called Tecumseh. She was a nationally ranked gymnast in 2006, and she graduated from North Port High School in 2011 with athletic and scholastic honors. She then attended Warner University for undergraduate with a scholarship for cheerleading. She graduated in May 2015 with honors and degrees in Business Administration, Accounting, and Pre-law. She then attended the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. She graduated early and was welcomed into the Florida Bar in May 2018. She has spent a large majority of her practice representing  large and small Employers, Carriers, and Servicing Agents in both litigated, and non-litigated matters. She now takes great pride in her representation of injured workers all throughout the State of Florida. 

Peter B. Radke, Esq.

Peter graduated from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law early, in the same class as attorney Paige M. Hazeltine. These two took the Florida Bar Exam in February 2017, making them eligible to practice as of May of 2018. However, Peter used his bar license as an opportunity to provide probono legal aid for the past 7 years. He has primarily focused his talents in international technology firms with distinguished employers. Peter is a veteran of the Army National Guard, we thank him greatly for his service. We are beyond blessed to take advantage of his recent interest in the Florida Workers' Compensation area of law. 

Kathryn M. Paul

Kathryn was born in Chicago before moving to Florida. She attended Lakewood Ranch High School and graduated in 2012. After that, she attended the College of DuPage with a major in Paralegal Studies. She is our director of marketing, litigation paralegal, and Florida registered notary. She is a Florida Online Registered Notary. She offers more than 6 years of litigation paralegal experience. She is a very client-oriented individual with a pragmatic outlook on solving problems. She is an invaluable asset to our team. 

Christina L. Bream

Christina Bream was born and raised in Media, PA - right outside of Philadelphia. She attended Penncrest High School and graduated in 2020. Christina made the big move to Florida to attend The University of Tampa where she majored in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Christina is a dedicated Legal Assistant at the Hazeltine Law Firm, where she plays a vital role in ensuring smooth case progression. With a keen eye for detail, Christina excels in Legal Discovery. Christina's professionalism, efficiency, and commitment make her an integral part of the Hazeltine team.  

Sebastian Patino

Sebastian is a proactive person with three languages (Spanish, English and French) Also known for his great interpersonal relationships, his motivation to fulfill the requirements to ensure a working task fits the job. He is our newest legal assistant and has great adaptability and even better interpretive skills. For him, working with people is a thrill. Born in Colombia but raised in the US, Sebastian graduated back in 2012 and studied Journalism and French. As for experience he has more than 5 years working as an interpreter in diverse matters such as legal, medical field, social services and much more. 


Olivia Borek

Olivia is a high school graduate of the Leon M. Goldstein High School for the Sciences class of 2023. She studied polish language and literature at the Henryk Sienkiewicz Polish Supplementary School, from 2011 to 2022. She has experience in political science, campaign internships, and has been involved in undergraduate research with University of South Florida for the Rebupilican party. She worked as an associate justice in the student government association for USF, She was an events coordinator and debate speaker for USFSP. She also is the Outreach coordinator for the USFSP Pre-Law Society. She is bilingual in English and polish. Olivia with her wonderful attributes brings spirit and inspiration to our firm she is one of the up and coming members of our next generation of lawyers and we are happy to have her as a legal intern at our firm to teach her all that we know.
